摘要:
针对中/低压谐振接地配电网的故障消弧难题,提出一种消弧线圈结合单相级联H 桥变流 器的新型的主从式有源消弧方案。通过实时采集并跟踪故障残流,设计了H 桥逆变器和PI 控制系 统,通过向中性点注入与故障残流等幅反相的可控电流实现接地故障电流全补偿,进而达到故障有 效灭弧目的。仿真结果显示,所提方案能够较好满足接地故障电流全补偿的要求,可以快速、有效地 补偿配网单相接地故障电流的有功、无功以及谐波分量,实现可靠熄弧,提高配电网的供电可靠性。
Abstract:
In view of such difficult as fault arc suppression of medium/low voltage resonant grounding distri? bution network,a kind of a new master?slave active arc?suppression scheme combining arc suppression coil andsingle?phasecascadeH?bridgeconverterisproposedinthispaper.H?bridgeinverterandPIcontrolsystem are designed by real time collecting and tracking the fault residual current. The full compensation of the ground fault current is achieved by way of injecting the neutral point with controllable current with equal amplitude and opposite phase of fault residual currentso as to achieve effective arc extinguish of the fault.It is shown by the simulation results that the proposed scheme can meet the requirements of full compensation of ground fault current,can quickly and effectively compensate the active,reactive and harmonic components of ground fault current of the distribution network achieve reliable arc extinguishing and improve the power supply reliabilityof distribution network.
