提出并解决了该电容器的研制过程中电容器设计思路及关键工艺的控制

并对电容器主要技术指标的试验数据进行了分析。

Abstract

The design of the capacitors and control of the key process have been found and solved

the test data of the main technical requirement of the capacitors are also analyzed.
