摘要

引入了以功率因数标准差控制的运行无功的概念

介绍实现这种控制模式对无功自动投切装置的技术要求。并初步探索电网cosφ=0.98运行的实践和需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract

The paper introduces the conception of controlling powerfac tor under its standard deviation and the technical requirements of the reactive power controller for this purpose; and proposes preliminary approach for practising cosφ=0.98 in distribution network and the problem that needs further in vestigation.
