摘要

根据国标GB/T11024.1-2001

阐明了高压并联电容器的最高允许电压不是单一值

而是一个以其24h及以上运行周期内的最高平均允许电压

即电容器的额定电压为基础的、与电压的作用时间有关的一组电压值。

Abstract

According to the standard GB/T11024.1-2001

the paper expounds that the value of the highest permit voltage of high voltage shunt capacitor is not single

it exactly is the population mean of the highest permit voltages during the operation period of 24h and above

which concerns with the voltage stressing time and is based on the rated voltage of capacitor.
