Abstract

The present paper introduces principle

method and result of "current balance method"

which is used to measure capacitance Cx and dielectric loss tanδ of coupling capacitor under the operating voltage. The measurement method proves to simple and convenient with good test accuracy. Insulation defect can be accurately monitored.
