摘要

根据静止同步补偿器（static synchronous compensator

简称STATCOM）和静止无功补偿装置（static var compensation

简称SVC）的基本工作原理和特性

对钢铁企业4 200 kW交—交变频同步电机改造工程中的电网无功补偿提出了两套设计方案。SVC设计方案采用TCR+FC静止型动态无功补偿装置

STATCOM设计方案采用±9 Mvar的STATCOM和9 Mvar无源FC构成混合动态无功补偿装置。并且在响应速度、谐波谐振的可能性、控制的鲁棒性、功耗、占地面积、价格比等方面进行了两套方案的比较。

Abstract

Based on the basic principles and characteristics of static synchronous compensator（STATCOM）and static var compensation（SVC）

two sets of schemes on reactive power compensation of electric power network in renewal project of 4 200 kW AC-AC variable frequency synchronous motor are proposed for steel enterprises.TCR+FC Static type dynamic reactive power compensation device is adopted in SVC design

while the passive FC hybrid dynamic reactive power compensation equipment for ±9 Mvar STATCOM and 9 Mvar are adopted in STATCOM design.The difference of the two schemes is compared on the aspects of response speed

possibility of harmonic resonance

robustness of control

power consumption

land area and price etc.
