In order to understand the inner temperature distribution of the sub-capacitor during its drying process

so as to improve the drying process

and provide a theoretical basis for the capacitors.With the experimental methods

this article focuses on comparing internal temperature distribution in different tank shape: round tank and squre tank;and different placements: horizontal and vertical capacitor in the drying process.It can be seen that in drying process

the capacitor horizontal placement has certain advantages.In the use of drying round or square tank processing tank structure as well as the differences in the heating mode

the internal temperature distribution of the capacitor core are different also.Based on this study it can be seen that it is necessary to improve the capacitor drying process

so that the capacitor in the drying process will be in a more uniform temperature distribution inside capacitor.Thus

it will improve the effect of drying process

improve the electrical performance of the capacitor.
