摘要

在配电网中

利用具有快速响应特点的配电网静止同步补偿器（D-STATCOM）

可以很好的让配电网的电能质量得到改善。但是由于配电网自身的特点

传统的PI控制在参数整定和自适应方面存在着缺点

难以满足D-STATCOM的交流侧输出要能够快速无静差的跟踪指令电流信号的控制要求。文中将免疫反馈机理和模糊控制与传统的PI控制相结合

设计出了模糊免疫PI控制

将它应用在D-STATCOM中。仿真结果显示

此种控制较传统的PI控制具有很多优点

可以让D-STATCOM适应配电网的特点。

Abstract

In the distribution network

the power quality of distribution network can be improved perfectly by using the distribution static synchronous compensator（D-STATCOM） with fast response characteristics.But due to the characteristics of distribution network itself

the shortcomings of traditional PI control in parameters and self adaptation can not meet the requirement that the output at AC side of D-STATCOM can quickly track the control of command current signal without offset.In this paper

the fuzzy immune PI control is designed based on the combination of immune feedback mechanism

fuzzy control and traditional PI control and is used in D-STATCOM.The simulation results show that

compared to the traditional PI control

this control possesses multiple advantages

and it can make D-STATCOM adapt to the distribution network.
