摘要

对某500 kV变电站某220 kV CVT油位异常缺陷做了简要介绍

通过对该设备解体分析

故障发生的原因是由于下节电容单元与电磁单元引线小套管的紧固螺栓运行多年后稍有松动

出现了渗油导致油位异常

然后提出了完善CVT油位监测的具体措施

最后通过运行证明该措施可有效避免类似缺陷再一次发生。

Abstract

In this paper

an abnormal oil level defect of 220kV CVT at a certain 500 kV substation is introduced.Through analyzing the disintegration of the equipment

the cause of the fault is slight loose of the tightening bolts between the lower segment capacitor unit and small bush of electromagnetic unit lead after multiple years operation

which leads to oil leakage and abnormal oil level.Then

the specific measures to improve CVT oil level monitoring is proposed.Finally

it is proved by the operation that such measures can effectively avoid recurrence of such defects.
