摘要

针孔是厚度较薄的铝箔中普遍存在的现象

铸轧作为铝箔坯料生产的重要工序

坯料的质量对针孔有非常重要的影响。针对铸轧坯料的晶粒细化控制进行分析。介绍了温度、冷却强度、铸轧区长度、轧制速度、晶粒细化剂对于铝箔坯料晶粒的影响。通过选择合适的铸轧工艺参数

细化晶粒来改善铝箔针孔

对于生产有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

Pinhole is a widespread phenomenon existing in the thinner aluminum foil. Casting rolling

as an important procedure of aluminum foil blank production

quality of the its blank has very important influence on the pinhole. In this paper

the grain refinement of the casting rolling blank is analyzed

the influence of temperature

cooling intensity

length of roll casting zone

rolling speed and the grain refining agent on the blank grain of aluminum foil are introduced. Selection of appropriate roll casting process parameters for grain refinement and improvement of pinhole has a definite instructive significance for production.
