摘要

大功率整流器等非线性电力设备安装在企业配电系统和电网上运行时

将向配电系统及电网注入谐波电流

产生大量的各种谐波分量

直接影响电网的供电质量。同时

作为一个大型的电解企业

其整流供电的功率因数一旦低于0.9

则使设备的输出功率降低

设备的绝缘发热老化

效率降低

另外也给电网增加了负担

降低了电网的输电能力

所以在电解整流器供电系统必须加装滤波补偿装置。

Abstract

Such non-linear electrical equipment as high power rectifier installed in enterprise’s power distribution system and power grid for operation

will inject harmonic current to the power distribution system and power grid. It will also generate the large number of various harmonic components and affect directly the power supply quality of the grid. At the same time

as a large electrolysis enterprise

once the power factor of rectifier power is less than 0.9

the output power of equipment is reduced

the equipment’s insulation is heated and aged and therefore the efficiency is reduced and

moreover

the burden is added to the power grid. The power transmission ability of the power grid is reduced. Therefore

the filter compensation device must be installed in the electrolytic rectifier power supply system.
