摘要

随着我国农村经济的迅速发展

农网的低电压现象愈发频繁

因此急需采取有效的措施。不同于传统通过提升低压用户负荷需求管理、加强中低压供配电设施运维管理以及增设10 kV馈线调压装置等的农网低电压治理手段

本文将农村配电网低电压治理推向智能化电网建设层面

通过建立DAVC下的低压台区综合调控模型

实现低压配电网配电台区负荷侧电压的实时监测、数据采集以及自动优化一体化控制

并为协调高中压农村配网实现联调治理指出了方向。最后结合农网负荷特性引入罚函数对农村某低压配电网进行试验并验证了算法的可行性。

Abstract

With the rapid development of rural economy in China

the low voltage phenomenon in the rural power grid is more and more frequent

therefore the effective measures need to be taken. Unlike such low voltage control means of rural power grid as rising the requirement management of the low voltage customer’s load

strengthening operation and management of intermediate and low voltage supply and distribution facilities and adding the voltage regulation device of 10 kV feeder

the low voltage control of rural distribution grid is pushed to the level of smart grid construction

the real time monitoring

data gathering and integrated control of automation and the direction for coordinating high and intermediate voltage rural distribution grid to achieve joint is pointed. Finally

the penalty function is introduced with combination of rural grid load characteristic to test certain rural low voltage distribution grid and verify the algorithm feasibility.
