摘要

静止同步补偿器（STATCOM）作为重要的灵活交流输电装置（FACTS）装置

以其快速响应特性在电力系统无功补偿中得到了广泛的应用。在STATCOM生产过程中

必须对全桥子模块的各项功能进行测试。其中对子模块进行额定电流测试是子模块测试的重要步骤。目前通常采用的额定电流测试方法为:通过二极管整流给子模块的直流侧电容供电

子模块的交流侧接入一个大电感

通过调整交流侧输出电压的大小来调整电流的大小。这种方法一次只能测试一个子模块

在STATCOM大批量生产过程中耗时耗力

效率低下。本文提出了一种STATCOM子模块批量测试方法

通过子模块的串联

并增加子模块的均压控制算法

可以同时对多个子模块进行测试

从而大大提高了子模块的测试效率

节省了人工成本。

Abstract

STATCOM

as an important flexible AC transmission system（FACTS）

has been used widely in the reactive power compensation of power system thanks to its fast response.During the manufacturing period of STATCOM

each function of full-bridge sub module must be tested

in which rated current testing commonly at present is that the power is supplied to the DC side capacitor of the sub-model through the diode rectifier

while a big reactor is connected to the AC side of the sub module.The magnitude of current is adjusted by adjusting the output voltage magnitude of AC side.With this method

only one sub module can be tested at the same time.It is a time consuming and inefficiency process in the batch production of the STATCOM.In this paper

a batch testing method of the sub module is proposed with which a group of sub modules can be tested simultaneously by way of series of the sub-model and addition of grading control algorithm of the sub-model

thus improving significantly the testing efficiency of the submodel and saving labor cost.
