摘要

统一潮流控制器与其他柔性交流输电设备集中接入联系紧密的系统中

在设备都选择定电压控制时

若设备参数选取范围不合理

各设备参数协调配合不完善

可能造成在电网在扰动下

各设备抢发功率、电压震荡、功率分配不均衡的问题。本文提出一种电压—无功下斜控制

能够允许接入点控制目标电压在额定值附近波动

从而改善上述不足

合理分配功率输出

减少电压震荡。最后文章通过对华东电网苏南部分进行PSCAD/EMTDC仿真

验证了理论分析的正确性和协调控制策略的有效性。

Abstract

Unified power flow controller（UPFC in short） and other flexible AC transmission equipment are connected to the closely linked system. In case of selecting constant voltage control by all the equipment

such issues as unbalance of sudden reactive power

voltage oscillation and power distribution at grid disturbance are caused due to unreasonable selection range of equipment parameters and imperfect coordination of the parameters of each equipment. In this paper

a kind of voltage-reactive power control is proposed to allow the control target voltage of the access point to fluctuate near the rated value

so to improve above shortcoming

distribute reasonably power output and reduce voltage oscillation. Finally

both correctness of theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the coordination control strategy are verified by way of PSCAD/EMTDC simulation of the south part of East-China power grid.
