Comprehensive Control Plan for Voltage Drop of Distribution Network Considering Uncertainties on Both Sides of Source and Load and Their Mutual Influence
The rapid growth of electricity load will lead to low-voltage phenomena in the distribution network
which cannot meet user’s need
will also have a great negative impact on the safety
stability and economic operation of the power grid
resulting in a slowdown in economic and social development. Therefore
how to ensure the voltage quality of the distribution network and improve the user’s satisfaction is an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper
a kind of comprehensive control plan method for low-voltage of distribution network considering the uncertainty of power supply and load as well as their mutual influence is proposed. First
such both aspects as operation adjustment of the distribution network and new projects are taken as the low-voltage control ideas and
with the minimum life cycle cost as the control target
the low-voltage control cost function is constructed. Then
the information gap decision theory is used to construct the robust mathematical model for low-voltage integrated management of the distribution network of multiple uncertainties after consideration of dynamic increase and decrease as well as wind power grid connection. After that
based on the Cholesky decomposition
a kind of solution method which considers multiple extreme cases of random factors due to uncertainty of source and load is proposed. And
based on this method
the boundary conditions under the most severe case are formulated. Finally
the order optimization algorithm is used to solve the model. The practicability and effectiveness of the method in this paper are proved by the simulation and case analysis
which provide a new idea for low-voltage control of distribution network.
