Ferromagnetic Resonance Elimination Method on PT of Distribution Network Using Gap and Resistor in Series
Such harmonic elimination methods as installation of nonlinear resistors or high-resistance resistors to the neutral point of the high-voltage side of the bus electromagnetic voltage transformer(PT)of distribution network will cause such issues as voltage swell at the PT end and low open triangle zero sequence voltage. A harmonic elimination method of installing a gap and a damping resistor in series at the neutral point of the high-voltage side of the bus PT is proposed in this paper. The 10 kV bus PT is taken as the application object
the distributed parameter circuit model of the 10 kV distribution network is set up by using electromagnetic transient analysis software
the selection principles of the gap and resistoris given
thus
the optimal values of the discharge voltage and resistance of the gap are obtained. The harmonic elimination method of installing gap and resistor in series on the primary side of PT is comprehensively compared with that of installing the high resistance and nonlinear resistor by the use of the simulation model. The results show that the method proposed in this paper has such characteristics as short harmonic elimination time
low voltage level of the PT end
free from open triangle zero sequence voltage measurement of the PT and small capacitive current of the grounding point and has better harmonic elimination effect as well.
