Abstract
Based on tests of impulse capacitor for Inertial Confinement Fusion （ICF）
this paper analyses qualification and acceptance tests of capacitors from a reliability standpoint. Screening tests
burn-in
life testing are discussed. This paper also provides some methods for processing performance data and some models for accelerated life testing of impulse capacitors.
