Abstract
Trace moisture content control of SF6 Gas-filled assembling capacitors is studied
and the factors that affect SF6 trace moisture content have been settled once and for all by taking measures. Particularly
by using the SF6 gas recycling device to dry moisture-containing SF6 in the gas-filled products within the range of design requirement.
