摘要

集合式电容器油箱盖与法兰焊接后

箱盖产生很大的上挠变形

使产品外型不美观

而且存积雨水。通过改进结构

二条焊缝对称于中性轴

第二条焊缝产生的反变形

阻碍、抵消第一条焊缝的充分变形

从而达到法兰焊后箱盖的整体平直。

Abstract

After the tank lid of assembling shunt capacitors is welded with the flange

the tank lid becomes distorted with an upward edge. This will not only impair appearances of the product

but also accumulate rain on the tank lid. To solve this problem

the product structure is improved to have two weldings symmetrical to the central axis so that the anti-distortion effect caused by the second welding can eliminate the distortion caused by first welding. In this way the tank lid after being welded with the flange will remain flat.
