摘要

针对某企业 35kV电炉总降压站开断其SVC滤波装置时发生的二相重燃的实际情况

根据现行的相关国家技术和设计标准

提出了加装MOA的改进保护措施

并应用EMTP对实施保护前后的过电压值进行了分析计算。结果表明改进后达到了良好的限压效果。

Abstract

High failure rates of equipment resulting in severe operational problems are usually caused by switch restriking overvoltage on their 35kV distribution system. In order to solve these existed and potential problems

we come up with a set of protection methods by adding MOAs based on some national standards and criterions. Digital simulations by EMTP-ATP program were also performed to validate the efficiency and availability on practical uses. Results of digital simulations confirmed the mentioned improving protection methods which could really reduce the restriking over voltage well.
