摘要

关于低压无功功率补偿装置

有多个不同国家标准

且都是近期实施同时并存。在"电容器断电后放电要求"的起始电压数值上

几个标准数值不尽相同。这些标准

关于保障电容器安全

规定了再次通电时剩余电压不得超过额定电压的10%

标准只有要求

没有检验条款和具体检验方法。笔者对此及断电后自行放电达到的电压和时间提出了分析和改进的建议。

Abstract

Concerning low voltage reactive power compensation installation

there are multiple different national standards which are implemented recently

effective and exist at the same time.The values of the initial voltage for "Discharge requirements on the power capacitor after power off"in standards are identical.About assure the power capacitor safety

the requirements

which the residual voltage in "re-energization" condition should not exceed 10% of rated voltage

is specified in those standards

but inspection clauses and specific inspection methods are not mentioned.The self reached voltage and time after power off is analyzed and suggestions for improvement are put forward by the author.
