it is expounded that reactive power change and compensationin in the electrical system are considered as a whole dynamic process.and that the definition of terms for low-voltage reactive power compenstion assemblies formed by capacitor banks

static reactive power compensatian and dynamic compensation reactive power is inappropriate.Those old terms are not used in the new standards issued in 2008.Unfortunately

those terms are still used somewhere and four different standards concerning low voltage reactive power compensation still exists.The responsible authority of the standard is requested to pay attention to this and to specify the correct use of standard terms.
