With DC charge-discharge test

the quality of low voltage self-healing shunt capacitors made by several manufactures has been evaluated again. In this time

the test voltage is raised and the test number is reduced. The test parameters

data and results are listed to demonstrate the rapidity and validity of the test. It could be an effective supplement to the existing test method.
