Magnetically controlled reactor is a kind of reactive power compensation equipment with excellent working characteristics
which can smoothly and continuously adjust the reactance and change its capacity
and has been widely used in power systems. As the working mode of the magnetically control reactor is AC and DC co-excitation and the core magnetic valve structure is special
the vibration and noise problem of the core is more serious
which has also become the main factor constraining the development of the magnetically controlled reactor. In this paper
the two-dimensional and three-dimensional core magnetic field-mechanical coupling models based on the distribution of finite element software is set up.With consideration of magnetostriction influence and as for the centralized magnetic valve structure
the numerical calculation of the magnetic field and vibration displacement of the iron core under different saturation degrees is completed
and the magnetic flux density and vibration displacement distribution of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional iron cores are obtained and compared
which provide a theoretical basis and calculation method for the analysis of the vibration and noise of the magnetically controlled reactor core.
